Master’s “Old Fashioned”
■Ingredients■
Bourbon whiskey (Wild Turkey Standard) – 60ml
Bitters (Angostura Aromatic Bitters) – 2 dashes
Sugar syrup (Carib) – 1 teaspoon
Lemon – 6~7ml
Lime – 6~7ml
Orange – 6~7ml
■How to make it■
1. Cut the fruit in advance
(2 types: for squeezing and for decoration)
2. If you are using ice cubes, cut them in advance
3. Put 2 dashes of bitters into a mixing glass
4. Pour in 60ml of your favorite bourbon whiskey
5. Add 6~7ml of lemon/lime/orange juice respectively
6. Add about a teaspoon of sugar syrup
7. Decorate the rock glass with fruit and add some rock ice
8. Put some ice in the mixing glass and stir well
9. Gently pour the stirred liquid into the rock glass
10. Done!
